The Application cannot be started correctly (0xc000007b)

Installation of the Microsoft VC++2013 and VC++2017 64-bit redistributables failed. Please follow the following steps to properly fix this issue:

Uninstall your existing Microsoft VC++2013 and VC++2017 files. Uninstalling tutorial
Restart the computer
Download the following three programs: VC++2013, VC++2017, and OpenAL Sound Libraries
Install VC++2013 and VC++2017 as Administrator. Click here for instructions on how to run as administrator.
Reinstall OpenAL as administrator.
Reboot your computer.
