+This error happens on Windows computers when your computer tries to use 32-bit libraries when the game is 64-bit.

+Navigate to the install folder of the game where GearCity.exe is. In that folder will be a folder called "Redistributables." Copy all the .dll files in that folder, and paste them in the previous folder where GearCity.exe is.
