===== Sending a Save Game ======

If you have a bug or another issue and I requested a save game, please follow these steps.

  - [[troubleshooting:steam_installfolder#Steam: Accessing Install Folder | Open the install folder]].
  - Next, you will need to open the "GearCity" folder.
  - Then open the "SaveGames" folder. The file hierarchy may look something like this: //"C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\GearCity\GearCity\SaveGames".// 
  - Email your save file and any other information to admin@ventdev.com


If the save game is too large to email, please compress it into a zip file or any other file type before sending. If the file is still too large to email, please upload it to a third-party host such as [[https://gofile.io/|Go File]] or [[https://easyupload.io|Easy Upload]].
